Cochin Port Authority invites tenders for lease of land alongside Highway in Willingdon Island & at Vallarpadam
Cochin Port Authority has invited tenders for lease of land alongside NH-966B in Willingdon Island for 30 years for Commercial / Industrial / Hospitality activities. There are two plots of 1.0117 ha (2.50 acre) each bordering the National Highway under tender, apart from two plots of 1.1660 ha (2.88 acre) and 1.6188 ha (4.00 acre) at a distance of about 200 m and 750 m, respectively, from the National Highway.
Tenders are also invited for lease of land at Vallarpadam, right opposite the Container Terminal, ICTT, for 30 years. The plots are at a distance of about 200 m from NH-966A. There are two plots of 2.0235 ha (5.00 acre) and 1.8211 ha (4.50 acre) for developing ‘Container related warehousing and logistics activities’, apart from two plots of 0.6111 ha (1.51 acre) for ‘Port related Commercial / Logistics activities’ and 0.2023 ha (0.50 acre) for setting up ‘LNG/CNG/other Green Fuel Outlet for Vehicles’.
The Tender Variable is the annual lease rent quoted by the bidders against the Reserve Price specified in the tender, which is the annual lease rent as per the Scale of Rates of the port.
