EXPORT CHA DOCUMENTATION EXECUTIVE
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in export documentation for sea and air shipping bills, including filing customs documents. Must be able to handle operations, communicate independently with customers and internal teams. Experience with Live Impex, ICEGATE (DEEC, EPCG, DBK), and E-Sachit is required. Knowledge of HS code, CCR, GST, and customs regulations essential.
IMPORT CHA DOCUMENTATION EXECUTIVE
1-2 years of experience in import sea and air BOE checklist, IGM checking, coordination with CFS and Shipping lines. Experience with ODEX and ICEGATE, plus fluency in email correspondence with customers. Basic knowledge of HS code / CCR needed.
SENIOR EXECUTIVE: EXPORT PRICING OCEAN & AIR - PRICING DIVISION
3-4 years of experience in ocean and air export pricing. Ability to lead a team, handle RFQs, and collaborate with marketing/sales. Must have good relationships with ocean freight carriers, NVOCCs, and in-depth product knowledge of export pricing.
HR & ADMINISTRATIVE EXECUTIVE
Minimum 3 years of experience in HR and administrative processes. Responsible for day-to-day HR operations, maintaining records, supporting recruitment, and monitoring biometric devices.
ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE
2 years of experience in freight forwarding or MTO, with sound knowledge of sea/air freight accounting. Experience with Logy-sis software is a plus. Fluency in written English and email communication with inter-departments and clients is essential.
