The candidate's role will be to coordinate with customers, shipping lines, and forwarders for executing the shipments. Coordinate with the transporter for delivering sound and complete cargo in the respective CFS. Coordinate with the documentation and operation team for filing the documents and export customs clearance. Co-ordinate with the BL team for releasing the Bill of Lading and dispatching the post-shipment documents. DSR updates and sends them to customers.

CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE – AIR EXPORTS (Andheri Office - 02 Posts)

Experience Required: 3+ years

Candidates should be graduate with at least 3+ working years' experience in CHB Field. The candidate must possess strong communication abilities and a comprehensive understanding of the export customs clearance procedure, including customs notifications. The candidate's role will be to coordinate with customers, airlines, and forwarders for executing the shipments. Coordinate with the transporter for delivering sound and complete cargo and Coordinate with the documentation and operation team for filing the documents and customs clearance.

DOCUMENTATION EXECUTIVE for Filing of Entry through Online (FOR AIR & SEA IMPORT at Andheri Office)

Experience Required: 4+ years

Candidate should be graduate and having working experience in CHB Field, should have good communication skills and must have though knowledge of filling Bill of Entries through online ICEGATE with proper RITC classification, customs & GST Notification & policies. Should be well versed with Logi-sys software, various schemes with implementation of Single window system & uploading documentation through E Sanchit.

DOCUMENTATION EXECUTIVES for Filing Shipping Bill through Online (FOR EXPORT at Andheri office)

 Experience Required: 2+ years 

Should have good communication skills & must have thorough knowledge of filing Shipping Bills through online ICEGATE / Manually with proper RITC classifications, Customs Notifications & Policies. Should be well versed with Logi-Sys software, also should have knowledge of schemes under CBK / DEEC / EPCG etc.
