APM Terminals Pipavav demonstrated its customer-centricity and infrastructure capabilities by securing new services and partnerships, such as the ‘Shaheen Express’ and ‘JADE Express’, further enhancing its connectivity and transshipment hub status.
Sustainability remained a top priority, with APM Terminals Pipavav committing to become net-zero by 2040 and reducing emissions by 70% by 2030. The port’s dedication to sustainability was evident through its solar power initiatives, such as the commissioned 1,000 kWp solar power plant, resulting in significant carbon footprint reduction. APM Terminals Pipavav continued to expand its services, catering to exporters and facilitating the shipments of agricultural commodities, while also partnering with Contrans to develop a state-of-the-art multimodal park and warehousing facilities, the release added.
