VOC Port handles over 23 pc more edible oil till Nov.
 
V. O. Chidambaranar Port (VOC Port) has handled 3,48,293 tonnes of edible oil up to November in the current financial year 2024–25, representing a remarkable 23.38% increase compared to the 2,82,297 tonnes handled during the same period of the previous financial year. 
 
This achievement highlights the port’s strategic importance in meeting growing demand, ensuring reliable and efficient flow of edible oil across the supply chain, emphasised a release.
