VOC Port handles record windmill blades this fiscal
 
V. O. Chidambaranar Port (VOC Port) handled 2,350 windmill blades up to February 2024-25, exceeding the 1,830 blades handled in the same period of the previous financial year 2023-24.
 
With its seamless hinterland connectivity, ample storage space, dedicated gate entry and skilled mechanised handling, the port remains a key logistics hub for windmill blades and accessories, highlighted a communique.
