COSCO SHIPPING Lines vessel completes largest biofuel oil refuelling order in China
 
The COSCO SHIPPING Lines vessel XIN YA ZHOU has set a new record in China by refuelling with 3,850 tons of B24 biofuel oil in 14 hours, the largest biofuel bunkering order for a vessel in the country.
 
B24 biofuel oil, which cuts carbon emissions by 20.4%, is a “ready-to-use green fuel” requiring no equipment changes. This achievement marks a significant step in advancing the large-scale supply of marine biofuel oil in China, as per a release.
