Atul Ubale granted extension as SCI’s  Director (Bulk Carriers & Tankers)

The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) has approved the proposal of the Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Waterways for extension of the tenure of Mr Atul Ubale as Director (Bulk Carriers & Tankers), Shipping Corporation of lndia Limited (SCl) w.e.f. 11.11.2024 till the date of his superannuation, or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
 
Mr Ubale joined SCI in May 1989. He took charge as Director (Bulk Carriers & Tankers Division) in December 2019. He has also been holding Additional Charge as Director (Finance) with effect from 07.03.2024. In addition, he is Director (Finance) of SCILAL, w.e.f. 07.03.2024, and took charge as Director of SCI Bharat IFSC Limited (a wholly owned subsidiary of SCI) w.e.f. 12.08.2024, as per a communique.
