VOC Port announces concession for coastal container trade

V. O. Chidambaranar Port has some exciting news for the coastal container trade!
 
It is offering concession on Vessel Related Charges for coastal-run container ships directly calling at the port after sailing from ports in Gujarat and West Bengal and discharging at least 50% of its total number of containers at VOC Port.
 
Details:
 
* Up to 24 voyages - 40%
 
* 25-39 voyages - 45%
 
* 40 & above 50 voyages - 50%
 
The scheme is effective from April 14, 2025 to October 13, 2025.
 
The number of voyages specified here will be discounted proportionately in case eligibility for rebate is to be determined for a period less than one year, as per a VOC Port communique.
