Mormugao Port should add container berths: Minister
 
Mormugao Port Authority (MPA) should focus on increasing the number of container berths for exports, said Minister for Industries Mauvin Godinho while speaking at the closing ceremony of the Amazing Goa Global Business Summit 2024. Goa has the potential to emerge as a major logistics hub for the western region. Addressing business delegates from at least 50 countries, he said that while Goa is open to investments, the state wants only non-polluting industrial units, as per a report.
