AMTOI celebrates 25 years with participation from key stakeholders; inks MoU with India-Netherlands Business Association
The Association of Multimodal Transport Operators of India (AMTOI) commemorated its 25th anniversary with grandeur and significance on Wednesday, February 7, 2024 at The Blue Sea Banquets, Worli, Mumbai. The celebration, attended by dignitaries from the transport sector, government officials and industry leaders, highlighted AMTOI’s pivotal role in fortifying the Indian Multimodal Transport Sector’s contribution to the national GDP, exceeding 2%.
A highlight of the occasion was the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between AMTOI and India-Netherlands Business Association (INBA), represented by President of AMTOI, Mr Xerrxes Master, and Mr Haresh Lalwani, Chairman of INBA, in the presence of Mr Bart de Jong, the Consul General of the Kingdom of Netherlands, Mumbai and Consul General Mr Frank Geerkens of the Consulate General of Belgium, Mumbai, among others.
