Bengal Tiger Line (BTL) launches New China India West Coast (CIW) service

Bengal Tiger Line (BTL), an established name in maritime logistics, is set to make a strong return to the West Coast of India with the launch of its China India West Coast (CIW) service. The new direct service will connect major ports in China with key Indian ports, offering industry-leading transit times.
 
BTL, a leading Common Carrier Fee-der operator, announced commencement of CIW service’s inaugural sailing to Nhava Sheva on October 4, 2024, with the following port rotation: Shanghai – Ningbo – Shekou – Nhava Sheva – Mundra – Shanghai. This service aims to provide faster, more efficient shipping solutions to the fast-growing EXIM trade between China and India.
 
In India, BTL will be represented by Bharat Feeder & Shipping Services Pvt Ltd (BFSS), a division of J M Baxi Marine Services – Container Division. BFSS shares the same ethos as BTL, focusing on understanding trade requirements and strategically allocating new services to key markets. BTL and BFSS aim to enhance shipping efficiency for Indian businesses by delivering best-in-class services.
 
The new CIW service marks another milestone in BTL’s commitment to continuously evaluate market demands and innovate solutions that support global trade flows, highlighted a release.
