Israel not in US-Houthi ceasefire deal: Houthis

A ceasefire deal not to target ships in the Red Sea, between Yemen’s Houthis and the US, does not include sparing Israel, the group said, suggesting its shipping attacks, that have disrupted global trade and challenged world powers, will not come to a complete halt. The chief Houthi negotiator has been quoted as saying that the agreement does not include Israel in any way, shape or form. Earlier this week, US President Trump had declared that the Red Sea crisis is set to end after a de-escalation agreement with the Houthis, as per a report.
