Priority berthing at HDC for tankers loading butadiene
 
The extension of priority berthing for butadiene-loading tanker vessels at Haldia Dock Complex’s Berth 16 (0) has been approved.
 
Effective from April 9, 2025, this is at par with crude, liquid ammonia, LPG and naphtha vessels, after waiting for 48 hours post arrival or readiness to load cargo (which is later), payment of wharfage against actual quantity or 10,000 MT (which is higher) and the payment of priority berthing charges, if applicable, said a communique.
