JNPA receives Certificate of Recognition for being an outstanding Indian port

JNPA received the Certificate of Recognition for being one of the Outstanding Indian Ports at the ‘Sagar Samman Awards’ on National Maritime Day 2025. 
 
The port’s General Manager (Traffic), Mr Girish Thomas, accepted the award on behalf of JNPA. This recognition highlights the exceptional contributions made by the port through its world class infrastructure, operational excellence, innovative practices and global benchmarks.
 
“We are proud to be acknowledged with this prestigious award and remain committed to making remarkable contributions to the maritime sector,” it emphasised in a communique.
