JN Port attains another high, crosses the 7 million TEU mark in CY 2024
 
The sky’s isn’t the limit for Jawaharlal Nehru Port! Calendar year 2024 sees India’s preeminent container port and international trade gateway cross yet another milestone – the 7 million TEU mark!
 
As per reports received from sources at the time of going to press on December 31, JN Port had handled 7.05 million TEUs of container traffic in CY 2024, with YoY growth of 10.94%.
 
The corresponding figure in CY 2023 was 6.35 million TEUs.
 
For FY 2024-25 from April to December, the throughput was 5.37 million TEUs, with YoY growth of 13.01%.

This exceptional achievement, again, is testament to the dedication and excellence of the entire port team - the terminal operators, HoDs, other senior officials, and staff, headed by Mr Unmesh Sharad Wagh, IRS, Chairman of Jawaharlal Nehru Port Authority (JNPA).
