Haldia berth shutdown to be in four phases

The shutdown of Berth 17(0) at Haldia shall begin from April 25, 2024 and will be for a total duration of 30 days. It will be undertaken in four phases.

In view of the operational convenience of port users, intermittent window for vessel operation will be allowed for periods varying from 3 to 4 days between the phases. The duration of such working window is to be decided.

All users of HOJ-II have been requested to be guided by the same and plan their vessels accordingly. The duration of the shutdown may increase in the event of exigency, informed a Syama Prasad Mookerjee Port/Haldia Port Complex Trade Circular dated April 21, 2024.
