Closure of non-major ports for foul season
 
Due to the upcoming foul season, the Maharashtra Maritime Board (MMB) has announced that Ratnagiri ports, except Jaigad Port, will be closed for shipping activities from 26 May to 31 August, 2023.
 
This includes closure of navigation for vessels in minor ports, as per a communique.
