Syama Prasad Mookerjee Port facilitating transloading operations using floating cranes at the anchorages

On 26.12.2024, Mr Rathendra Raman, Chairperson of Syama Prasad Mookerjee Port, Kolkata sailed 232 km to Sandheads aboard MV Sarojini to oversee transloading operations using floating cranes at the anchorages. A key step in the port’s plan to enhance cargo handling with more cranes, informed a communique.
