Cosco Shipping Lines (India) appoints Sanco Trans Ltd as its sub-agent at ICD Bengaluru
Cosco Shipping Lines (India) Pvt. Ltd has announced to the Bengaluru trade that it has appointed M/s. Sanco Trans Ltd as its sub-agent at ICD Bengaluru to handle all its export business for all the sectors in which Cosco has vast coverage.
Shri Cui Peng, Managing Director - Cosco India, Shri Zhang Jian, Head of Commercial – Cosco India, and Shri Devi Prasad, Senior General Manager, South India –Cosco Shipping Lines (India) inaugurated Cosco Shipping Lines’ Bengaluru office along with Sanco Trans delegates.
Sanco Trans Ltd had already been operating as the sub-agent for Cosco Shipping Lines Bengaluru since July 2021. The new operating office, however, was opened on August 9, 2022.
Shri Amalan, General Manager, Container Corporation of India Whitefield and Mr Thomas of Pinnacle were among those who graced the occasion, along with Sanco Trans Bengaluru staff.
The traditional Kuthu Vilakku was lit by the delegates from Cosco Shipping Lines (India) and the guests were welcomed by Shri Sathyanarayana, Joint Managing Director, Sanco Trans, and Shri U. Udayabhaskar Reddy, Wholetime Director, Sanco Trans, said a release.
