JNPA’s new CSR initiative aims at improving the quality of education in tribal schools
Jawaharlal Nehru Port Authority (JNPA) has announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) and handing over the cheque, as a part of its CSR initiative, to Cd Rome Education Society, Mumbai, in the presence of the Governor of Maharashtra, Mr Ramesh Bias, the Chairman of JNPA, Mr Unmesh Sharad Wagh, IRS, along with all the HoDs of JNPA.
Considering the requirements of the Union Ministry of Tribal Affairs, this CSR fund will be utilised to improve the quality of education in 38 tribal schools and enhance their learning outcomes.
JNPA believes in empowering communities and lives, it emphasised in a communique.
