Hydraulic Trailer Owners Association unveils Heavy Haulers Journal, May 2024 edition
The Hydraulic Trailer Owners Association (HTOA), the sole representative body for Modular Hydraulic Trailer owners within the transport industry for development of infrastructure consisting of Over Dimensional / Overweight Consignments (ODC/OWC), has conducted the virtual unveil of Heavy Haulers Journal, May 2024 edition.
The session was opened with the welcome address by Mr Sameer Parikh, Chairman-HTOA, and facilitated by Mr Nilesh Sinha, General Secretary, along with Mr Manish Kataria, Chairman of the Trade Representative Committee. Participating board members included Mr Zarksis J. Parabia, Mr Suhas Labde, Mr Bharat Gandhi, Mr H. S. Acharya, Mr Jignesh Patel, Mr Nailesh Gandhi, Mr Pawan Jain and members of HTOA. Mr Ramratan Agarwal, past Chairman & industry veteran of HTOA, unveiled the publication by clicking curtain raiser, to the loud applause of participants.
This is the country’s pioneering heavy lift journal and this edition covers diverse topics such as ODC/OWC transportation on ageing bridges, techno commercial aspects of transportation for high value projects, heavy transportation prioritising safety, issues & challenges in power equipment transportation, case study on multimodal transportation of Super Heavy cargo, etc.
The publication has been acknowledged and appreciated by Mr Nitin Gadkari, Union Minister for Road Transport & Highways, highlighted a communique.
The inaugural ceremony concluded with a vote of thanks by Mr Zarksis Parabia.
