US FMC clears Premier Alliance
 
The Premier Alliance Agreement will take effect on February 9, 2025, the US Federal Maritime Commission (US FMC) has informed in a communique.
 
The Premier Alliance Agreement allows HMM Co., Ltd., Ocean Network Express Pte. Ltd. and Yang Ming Joint Service Agreement to share vessels in the trades between the United States and Asia, the Middle East and Europe. The agreement was originally filed at the Commission on October 28, 2024.
 
Alliance agreements are subject to the strictest standards for ongoing monitoring by the Commission.
