Question : Dear Sir, one of my client ABC has been facilitating the import of goods directly from their parent company XYZ to ultimate consignee PQR. now, ABC wants to import directly from XYZ showing the former as bill to party and PQR as ship to party.ABC is in the process of getting an SVB order due to intercompany transactions. this way ABC will want to show billing turnover in india. at the same time, not to delay the customs clearance and delivery lead time to PQR. my question is, as the international invoice will be in foreign currency, how and when can ABC raise their local Rupee Invoice to PQR to recover the proceeds, or is there such a provision available. thanks to answer this question of mine.
