Apollo LogiSolutions Ltd (ALS) and
Singamas, a subsidiary of Pacific International Lines (Pte) Ltd (PIL), have
signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to jointly pursue cold chain
logistics in India through a joint venture (JV) company. The MoU aims to provide
cold chain logistics solutions, temperature-controlled space/warehouses and
temperature-controlled transportation and distribution services, informed a

with PIL Group of companies. The first, between ALS and PIL, facilitates mutual
cooperation in container freight stations (CFSs) and allied services. The second
MoU, between ALS and Singamas, was to jointly pursue transportation of
specialised liquids in India. This third MoU, for cold chain logistics, further
underlines the long-term relationship of both groups, the release emphasised.
