A leading & well established Freight Forwarding company requires the following personals for their New Delhi Office.



POSITION: EDI EXECUTIVE / MANAGER
Location: Delhi
Job profile:
EDI Import executive will be responsible for the below activity: Should have minimum 5 years of experience in filing Import papers through Hans informatics and soft link software with below work related to import custom clearance:
While on Job person need to work on the following on daily basis:
* Making job file after getting invoice and packing list
* Making checklist along with the import team. 
* Sending the correct checklist to customer for approval and should have sound knowledge of HS codes and compliances. 
* Timely submission of papers and ensure no late penalty is levied due to submission.
* Making the Custom job file for G and H card for NCR ports.
* Following with G card and H cards for the release of shipment.
* Sound knowledge of Ice gate server to check the movement of jobs at respective ports.
* Making the shipping line security and collecting the same from shipping line timely and keeping proper record.
* Complete coordination with Transporter for advising the same to clearance team for movement.
* Preparation of Various MIS from Management point of view.
* Company is in process of Implementing Soft link ERP and company will be working on Logi-Sys (Soft link Global) so candidate having knowledge of 
* ERP will be given preference. 
* Salary will be best in the industry with all the Perks and Benefit.



POSITION: EXPORT OPERATION EXECUTIVE – OCEAN
Location: Delhi
Job profile:
Export Operation Executive – Ocean should have minimum 2 to 4 + years of experience 
While on Job person need to work on the following on daily basis:
* Coordination with exports customers for the new documents and opening of jobs
* Should have sound knowledge of complete sea operations for both LCL and FCL's 
* Should be aware of entire exports process from Carting / Leo / Prealert / getting delivery status from the overseas agents for the cargo.
* Scanning the post exports shipments and coordinating the various consolidators and nominated agents for getting the bill of lading released.
* Make the final bunch of exports documents and send to customers. 
* Company is in process of Implementing Soft link ERP and company will be working on Logi-Sys (Soft link Global) so candidate having knowledge of 
* ERP will be given preference.
