SHIPPING MANAGER - Location : Oman (Job code : SM/2017/03)
This role involves the commercial and operational management of vessel loading and discharge, which will include the liaison with Port Authorities, clients and ship personnel.
* Responsible for both commercial and operational activities
* Planning and coordinating of activities in all aspects of ship agency services for timely delivery to customer and other stake holders.
* Ensuring continuous review and improvements of operational processes to ensure accuracy and compliance. Oversee daily monitoring efforts to ensure productivity objectives meet company/departmental standards.
* Developing teams to ensure appropriate back up/successors in all key positions. Coach and groom direct reportees for excellence while documenting their progress and cross-training to 
provide adequate coverage in key areas. 
Qualification & Experience
* Must have 12-15 years of relevant experience

FINANCE MANAGER - Location : Africa (Job code : FM/2017/04)
The Finance Manager will be responsible to meet all statutory requirements on behalf of the Company, supervise accounting and administrative functions of the Company.
* Reports for monthly P & L, Quarterly Balance Sheet and Annual Budgets.
* Prompt reporting to Principals & manage administrative and supporting functions.
* Dealing with Banks and manage funds of the Company in a secured way and maximize returns on them.
* Manage payroll.
* Preparation of financial reports for the Management review.
Qualification & Experience
* Charted Accountant with 8-10 years' experience in a similar role preferably within shipping or logistics industry

HUB EXECUTIVE - Location : Dubai (Job code : HE/2017/05)
Planning and coordinating all operations activities in all respect of ship agency services for timely delivery to customer and other stake holder 
* Should be capable of handling operations of all type of vessels (Bulk, break bulk, general cargo, container, tanker) 
* Excellent Communication with Ship owners and charterers. 
* Preparation of PDA 
* Excellent communication with Master for pre arrival requirements, Vessel ETA and berthing prospects. 
* Close supervision of Vessel discharging / loading operations 
* Timely sending of daily discharge reports to Ship owners, Charters and Consignee 
* Meet Vessel turn-around time, targets and budgets 
* Liase and work closely with Port authorities, regional and global offices 
Qualification & Experience
* MBA in Shipping & Logistics and/or hold a recognized shipping qualification 
* At least 5 years' experience in a shipping environment. 
* Should be capable of handling operations of all type of vessels (Bulk, break bulk, general cargo, container, tanker) 
* Ideal candidate must be proficient with MS Office and operational systems/software 
* Be able to multi-task and perform excellent communication, supervisory and customer service skills.
