Should have good contacts with Shippers / Intermediaries. Will be responsible for achieving targets and ensuring timely collections. Will negotiate freight rates with customer's basis approval from Line Managers. Additional responsibilities will include maintaining and updating Customer records in ERP system. Candidates with experience in Far East trade will be preferred.

Candidate should be Graduate / Post Graduate with adequate experience in similar capacity in Liner Shipping / Forwarding. Should be able to lead a team and must possess good communication skills. Candidate should be Graduate with 2 to 3 years experience in similar capacity in Liner Shipping / Forwarding. Must possess good communication skills. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring and keeping track - pre shipment to post shipment- until arrival at destination. Should coordinate effectively with all departments & ensure customer satisfaction at the highest levels.
