Candidate should be a Graduate/Post Graduate with 15 to 20 years of experience in overall shipping agency administration covering overall aspects of sales / commercial, operations documentation & functions. The candidate must be result oriented, mature and have a pleasant disposition. He must be able to effectively manage people and external agencies. Job responsibilities include to organize and control commercial activities, business development, co-ordination with principals, capacity allocation to optimize revenue, market share and maximize lifting's, customer support processes, market development - identify, contact, capture and retain new customers. Must be able to enhance the brand value of the organization. Must have excellent presentation and communication skills. Candidates conversant with German, French, Mandarin languages shall be preferred .
GENERAL MANAGER – OPERATIONS – 2 Positions
The candidate should be a preferably Master Mariner and must have over 10 years of relevant experience in Container/ Bulk/ Break Bulk/ Tanker/ RoRo/ CFS operations. Must be able to effectively manage people and external agencies. Job responsibilities include to organize and control Operational activities, co-ordination with principals, capacity allocation to optimize revenue, liasoning with Govt bodies, problem solving, improving operational procedures, service innovation, control of all operations to ensure customer satisfaction, office administration.

The candidate should be Chartered Accountant and must have 10-15 years experience in managing the overall shipping business related Accounting functions and leading the team. Should possess good relationship building, negotiation, analytical and team management skills and abilities in liaising with Banks, Financial Institutions and other external agencies. Would be responsible for Financial Accounting, Management Accounting & Treasury of the Organization and Automation of accounting procedures.
GENERAL MANAGER – COMPANY SECRETARY AND LEGAL – 2 Positions
Candidate should be qualified Company Secretary and Law Graduate with 10-15 years experience in the Secretarial, Legal & Compliance functions with reputed organization. Should provide support and advice to various business functions; formulate strategy and action plan for legal, regulatory compliance and Board related matters; initiate, organise and monitor action against third parties; avoid and defend litigation; furnish various opinions, drafts for agreements; represent company in negotiation with third parties with the objective of maintenance of legal compliance and best practices; upholding company's rights (in tangibles and intangibles); mitigating legal and business hurdles to enhance shareholder value and to secure a risk neutral environment as an in-house legal and corporate governance counsel.

Candidate should be Graduate/Post Graduate with 8-10 years experience in similar capacity in Liner Shipping / Freight Forwarding and a proven track record in dealing with Shippers/Intermediaries and leading corporates. Candidates should be able to identify potential customers, apply innovative methods to obtain target results and lead a sales team. Must have a good network and relationships with the players in local market and surrounding areas. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills. Should be able to correspond and communicate with Principals and customers independently.
MANAGER – CUSTOMER SERVICE – 4 Positions
Candidate should be Graduate / Post Graduate with 8-10 years experience in similar capacity in Liner Shipping / Forwarding. Should be able to lead a team and must possess good communication skills. Candidate will be responsible for ensuring data and communication updates. Should co-ordinate effectively with all departments & to ensure proactively, customer delight at the highest levels. Responsibilities include identifying sales leads and passing on the same to the Sales team. Must be able to independently correspond and communicate with Principals.

Candidate should be a qualified Chartered Accountant with 8- 10 years of experience in disbursement accounts, banking operations/RBI dealings and handling all types of accounts up to finalization in a shipping agency group. The candidate must possess strong organizing and man management skills. He must have a good understanding of internal controls and the ability to train staff. Candidate should have strong knowledge of direct taxes including international taxation, service tax and FEMA provisions. The candidate should be a thorough professional and have high standards of integrity.
EXECUTIVE – SALES – 10 Positions
Candidate should be Graduate with minimum 3 to 5 year's experience in Liner Shipping / Forwarding Sales. Should be dynamic, go-getter with good oral and written communication skills. Should have strong customer orientation and good contacts with Shippers / Intermediaries. Will be responsible for achieving targets and ensuring timely collections. Will negotiate freight rates with customer basis approval from Line Managers. Additional responsibilities will include maintaining and updating customer records in ERP system.
